Our brand-new head office is located in Echt, Limburg (NL), next to the A2 highway.

What are your tasks?
• Managing your team, taking a coaching and motivational role. You will also provide assessment and performance reviews;
• You make annual targets and make sure you and your team achieve them;
• Making (weekly) schedules for your employees;
• You ensure that you and your team follow-up and are in compliance with protocols;
• You will ensure the economic success of the organization and the implementation of our formula so that the location functions optimally;
• You know how to bring along all employees involved through your enthusiasm; creating the WOW experience for employees and guests at Gamestate Berlin;
• You are responsible for absenteeism at your location;
• Training your staff to optimize performance;

Who are we looking for?
Are you an ambitious, people-oriented Location Manager with experience in leading teams? At Veltmeijer Group we strive for the WOW experience for our guests and employees.
With your professional experience and helicopter vision, you will ensure the WOW-experience for employees and guests. You translate the strategic plans for the year into clear goals for your team and take ownership in achieving those goals.

Who are you?
• You completed a college education and have several years of experience in a similar position;
• You have great communication skills, problem solving abilities and you are stress resistant;
• You are a strong leader, can motivate others with your conviction and you are empathetic;
• You enjoy solving both small and large issues;
• You are customer-oriented and have a sense of responsibility
• You are enthusiastic, hands-on, can work independently and show courage to achieve goals.
• You are over 21 years of age;
• You are available to work 40 hours per week and are flexible when needed;
• You are in possession of a driving license;
• You are fluent in German and English;
